English - 5 (60%) - Subject to selection. Closing date for applications is 31 July 2026. We prioritise direct school leavers' admission to the programme to increase this group's access to higher education. As such, applicants who are already in the higher education system, holding a degree or a qualification, may have a lower chance of being selected. First-choice social work applications are given preference.

English 4 (50%) - The Bachelor of Social Sciences degree (BSocSci) makes provision for majoring in any two of the following subject fields: Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Criminology, Political Science, Industrial Psychology

English 5 (60%). Subject to selection. Language admission requirements: An achievement level of no less than Level 5 (60%) for any home language (HL) taken in Grade 12. An achievement level of no less than 65% for any first additional language (FAL) taken in Grade 12. A second additional language (SAL) does not count for admission purposes. The closing date for the application and the portfolio of creative work and selection form is 30 September 2026.
