Offered to those students who wish to teach or are teaching young children from birth to four years old in a WCED registered early childhood centre. Since Foundation Phase teachers are generalists and have to be able to teach all subjects in the school curriculum, the course provides for a full programme including a strong focus on literacy, numeracy and life skills from Gr R to Gr 3.
