Aggregate % = (sum of your six best subject percentages ÷ 600) × 100. Life Orientation is excluded.

How Stellenbosch Calculates Your NSC / IEB Aggregate:

Your NSC aggregate is calculated using your top 6 NSC / IEB subjects (excluding Life Orientation)
Example: 80 + 75 + 70 + 65 + 60 + 55 = 405 → aggregate 67.5%
Different faculties and programs have different minimum aggregate requirements
Some programs may have additional subject-specific requirements

Example: Faculty of AgriSciences programmes

Many AgriSciences degrees require a minimum 60% NSC aggregate (excluding Life Orientation), plus subject minimums such as:
